That&...I did this years ago to the T and lost 9kg!! That's about 18lbs and kept it off for nearly 2 years. On day 2 of 14 right now...the first 3 days definitely sucks for a foodlover like myself as I remember it, but drinking LOTS of water definitely helps you feel full and helps you lose weight for sure.
